Pastor Philip Sharp is originally from West Virginia and has lived in a variety of places. He is a graduate from Lee University with a bachelor's degree in Theology. He also has served for 20 years as an US Army Infantryman during which he graduated Ranger School, completed 22 parachute jumps, and served as a Drill Sergeant. He has served in various locations to include South Korea and the jungles of Panama. Pastor Phil has also deployed to Iraq 3 separate times from 2003 to 2010 for combat operations. He has been serving in Christian ministry for over 20 years.

Heather is originally from Durham, NC and also has lived in other locations. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. She has been involved with teaching and social work for many years. Heather has been involved in Christian ministry for over 20 years. Philip and Heather have 4 children.
